Data related to your loan, such as repayment performance, will continue to be received from the lender and requires your account to remain active for record-keeping purposes. To request full data deletion, please first close your loan account.
Profile Information (name, email, address, etc.): This encompasses all personal details you provided when creating your account. Deleting this information will anonymise your account and any past interactions within the app.
App Usage History: This includes data related to how you've interacted with the app. This might include timestamps of usage, features used, and preferences (if applicable). Deleting this history removes traces of your specific activity within the app.
Documents Uploaded: Any files, images, or documents you uploaded to your account will be permanently removed. This ensures your personal information within those documents is no longer stored within the app's systems.
Any Other Data Our App Collects: This is a catch-all category for any additional data your app might collect specific to its functionality. Be sure to clearly outline what other data your app collects in your privacy policy. Deleting this data ensures all traces of your activity and information within the app are removed.
