Introduction
The Kamoa Referral Program ("Program") is a promotional offer allowing users to earn rewards by referring others to Kamoa. This is a limited-time promotion and is subject to change at any time. Participation and rewards are subject to the terms outlined below.
1. Eligibility
1.1. To participate, you must:
Be a registered Kamoa user.
Have a valid Mpesa account in your name.
1.2. Kamoa reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation for users found to engage in fraudulent activity or any form of dishonesty.
2. How the Program Works
2.1. Referring New Users
Share your unique referral link or code with others to invite them to join Kamoa.
2.2. Earnings Per Referral
Rewards are issued in two stages:
Registration Reward: You will receive an initial reward when the referred user successfully onboards using your referral code.
Qualifying Transaction Reward: You will receive an additional reward when the referred user is granted their first loan.
2.3. Earnings Per Referral
For each successful referral, you will earn between Ksh 10 and Ksh 120, depending on the credit score of the referee. The specific amount will be determined at Kamoa’s discretion.
Referral rewards are subject to change at any time. Updates will be communicated through the app.
2.4. Unlimited Referrals
There is no limit to the number of users you can refer.
3. Reward Payments
3.1. Rewards will be issued as tokens, with 1 token equivalent to Ksh 10.
3.2. Tokens can be cashed out to the Mpesa account linked to your Kamoa account.
3.3. Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and currency of their registered Mpesa account details.
4. Verification Process
4.1. Referred users must provide valid Mpesa statements as proof of transaction eligibility.
4.2. Statements must be generated within 7 days of the upload to ensure authenticity.
5. Changes to the Program
5.1. Kamoa reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
5.2. Reward amounts and terms are subject to change. Updates will be communicated via the app or email notifications.
6. Fraud and Misuse
6.1. Fraudulent activities, including but not limited to creating fake accounts or providing false information, will result in immediate disqualification and suspension from the Program.
6.2. Kamoa reserves the right to withhold rewards or take legal action in cases of fraudulent use.
7. Data Privacy and Security
7.1. Kamoa is committed to protecting your data in compliance with the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019.
7.2. Uploaded Mpesa statements are used solely for verification purposes and to determine eligibility for loans or other qualifying transactions. These statements are securely stored.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising from the Program shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Kenyan courts.
